Bob Chapek, Chairman of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, shared new images for the two different Toy Story Lands that are currently under construction at Disney Parks.
Toy Story Land is set to open to guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on June 30, 2018. In Toy Story Land, you’ll find yourself shrunk to the size of a toy to explore Andy’s backyard with your favorite Toy Story characters, including Woody and Buzz. Toy Story Land will encompass over 11 acres at Hollywood Studios and will include two themed attractions. On Slinky Dog Dash, a family coaster, you'll take seat in a slinky dog and dash, dip, and dodge other characters and toys throughout Toy Story Land. The Alien Swirling Saucers, is a rotating attraction where toy flying saucers try to capture your rocket with "The Claw."
An amazing behind-the-scenes video that shows the progress that’s being made on Toy Story Lands at both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Shanghai Disneyland. The Toy Story Land at Shanghai Disneyland will include three attractions – Rex’s Racer, Slinky Dog Spin and Woody’s Round-Up – and is on track to open on April 26, 2018.
