A blue-sky brainstorm was happening live on stage and the words "Disney Villains" were announced. We don't quite know exactly what it means but it does sound like the concept for a Disney Villains themed area or land is in the work!
Josh D’Amaro was joined by Imagineering Portfolio Creative Executive Chris Beatty and Walt Disney Animation Studios Chief Creative Officer Jennifer Lee and discussed some concept ideas for new areas/lands at Disney World including a Disney Villains area. They discussed a new Coco and Encanto themed area with even some new attraction and they discussed Dinoland at Animal Kingdom becoming a Zootopia and Moana themed area and even revealed some concept art.
I'm devouring every detail and cannot wait to hear more information!
