With the recent reduction to the Walt Disney World park hours beginning September 8, guests who have an EPCOT After 4 Annual Pass will be able to enter the park as early as 2 PM. With the two hour earlier closing time at EPCOT, Disney World is still trying to keep the same value for the EPCOT After 4 Annual Passholders.
Passholders still need a theme park reservation to enter EPCOT.
