Walt Disney World has revised the park hours beginning September 8 and continuing through the end of October.
Magic Kingdom - Revised Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (previously closed at 7 pm)
EPCOT - Revised Hours: 11 am - 7 pm (previously closed at 9 pm)
Hollywood Studios - Revised Hours: 10 am - 7 pm (previously closed at 8 pm)
Animal Kingdom - Revised Hours: 9 am - 5 pm (previously opened at 8 am and closed at 6 pm)
Unfortunately, the shortened park hours could be the result of less demand than expected, confirmed by Disney CEO Bob Chapek during the third quarter earnings report.
We have noticed that you can get a lot more done in the parks with the lower crowds and therefore, by the end of the day most guests have accomplished their park plans and have left the theme park earlier than closing time.
