Disney Issues COVID-19 Warning & Disclaimer


Disney Springs is set to open this week on May 20 and ahead of the opening Disney has released a COVID-19 warning and disclaimer on their website.


The Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Springs website states:


COVID-19 Warning


We have taken enhanced health and safety measures-for your, our other Guests, and Cast Members. you must follow all posted instruction while visiting Walt Disney World Resort.


An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious diseases that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.


By visiting Walt Disney World Resort, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.


Let's keep each other healthy and safe.


Disney Springs will be begin its initial reopening this Wednesday, May 20, and in keeping the safety and well-being of guests, cast members and third-party operating participants at the front of their planning, and based on the CDC and other agencies Disney is implementing a number of new health and safety measures.
