It was just announced at Walt Disney Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders that the Avengers Campus will be opening July 18 at Disney California Adventure and now we have a list of characters that will be located in the land including heroes and villains!
You could have heroic encounters with Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Black Widow, Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, the Dora Milaje, Thor and even villains like Loki!
Ant-Man and The Wasp will be making their first appearances in the park and Iron Man will be debuting his new armor in Avengers Campus: the Mark 80.
As you are visiting the land you may even have the chance to witness Spider-Man swinging into action high above Avengers Campus with gravity-defying, acrobatic feats never seen before in a Disney theme park.
Doctor Strange will be training recruits in mystic arts at a nearby ancient sanctum that will come to life with spells. At night the area will glow with colors and lights, pulsating with mystic energy.
Who are the heroes going to fight? The villainous Taskmaster, who will have a role in the upcoming film “Black Widow,” will be seen for the first time at a Disney park at Avengers Campus. Taskmaster’s abilities include photographic reflexes making it possible to replicate Super Hero moves!
