The 24th Epcot International Food & Wine Festival starts today and runs for 87 days through November 23 with delicious bites, quenching drinks and family fun. From global marketplaces to a Candy Sushi-making experience, Epcot's Food & Wine Festival is the place to be!
When you arrive make sure to pick up your complimentary Festival passport and get ready to try some delectable dishes at more than 30 global marketplaces! Don't miss the debut of The Alps Global Marketplace, featuring dishes such as warm raclette Swiss cheese and a blueberry and almond frangipane tart.
Another new marketplace, the Appleseed Orchard Global Marketplace near Le Cellier Steakhouse, serves charcuterie and cheese and fresh apple-enhanced beverages. If you like mimosas then don't miss the Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar, where mimosas are flowing with fruity flavors like key lime and blood orange.
If you need to work off some calories from all those delicious eats, then get ready to bust some moves this opening weekend when Radio Disney ‘Next Big Thing’ artist alum Meg Donnelly (“With U,” Disney Channel’s “Zombies”) at the Disney du Jour Dance Party, August 30 and 31 in Future World. The Dance Party runs daily, with Disney Characters and Radio Disney artists appearing each Friday and Saturday.
Since we're dancing, let's talk about the Eat to the Beat Concert Series running Sundays to Thursdays at 5:30, 6:45 and 8 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays 6:30, 7:45 and 9 p.m. from August 29 – November 19. The Plain White T’s (“Hey There Delilah”) the debut act of this year’s Eat to the Beat Concert Series, August 29-31. A new Festival act, Sawyer Brown (“Thank God for You”), will take the stage to end Labor Day weekend on September 1 and 2. The outdoor concerts are included with theme park admission and located at America Gardens Theatre.
