Name for Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge's Planet Revealed

Guests riding on Star Tours were surprised when the ride ended with them landing on a planet in the outer rim of the Star Wars galaxy – a planet known to C-3PO, and now to us, as Batuu. Batuu, the planet guests will encounter when visiting the new Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, is the remote outpost which was once a busy crossroads along the old sub-lightspeed trade routes, but it was forgotten as the popularity increased for hyperspace travel. Now home to smugglers, rogue traders and adventurers traveling between the frontier and uncharted space. It’s also a convenient safe haven for those intent on avoiding the expanding reach of the First Order.

The Star Wars land will be opening in 2019 at Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios.
