ENTERTAINMENT:

The entertainment during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not to be missed! Entertainment includes the frightful Boo-To-You Halloween Parade (my favorite part of the event), Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular featuring the Sanderson Sisters, Cadaver Dan Street Performers, and the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks which light up the night and Cinderella's Castle!

Boo-To-You Halloween Parade:

The parade starts with a hair-raising ride by the Headless Horseman followed by a collection of frightening floats featuring your favorite Disney Characters in their Halloween costumes.

Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular:

The mischievous Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus return in 2018 to throw a Halloween party. Enlisting the help of the Disney villains including Dr. Facilier, boogie Boogie and Maleficent, the 3 sisters mix sinister shadows, terrifying nightmares and use the nefarious powers of their frightening colleagues to conjure the ultimate Hocus Pocus Party Potion—and cast a spell on everyone in Magic Kingdom park! Take a look at the video below to see the Sanderson Sisters:

Happy HalloWishes Fireworks:

The Ghost Host from the Haunted Mansion invites you to "drop in" as Disney Villains light up the night with fireworks and songs from Disney’s past. The Disney Villains we most love to hate, including Maleficent, Ursula, Cruella de Vil, Jafar and Oogie Boogie, sing their scary tunes and do their best to steal the show.

Happy HalloWishes includes a Disney soundtrack of creepy classics including:

  • “Grim Grinning Ghosts,” from the Haunted Mansion attraction

  • “Poor Unfortunate Souls,” from The Little Mermaid

  • “Never Smile at a Crocodile,“ from Peter Pan

  • “The Skeleton Dance,” from Silly Symphony – The Skeleton Dance

  • “Who’s Afraid of the Big, Bad Wolf?” from The Three Little Pigs

  • “Oogie Boogie’s Song,” from The Nightmare Before Christmas

  • “Night on Bald Mountain,” from Fantasia

Cadaver Dans Street Performers:

In Frontierland you can encounter the ghostly group known as the Cadaver Dans. The band likes to sing while also sharing their "dead pan" humor.

TRICK OR TREATING IN MAGIC KINGDOM!!

One of the best parts of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is that you get to trick or treat throughout Magic Kingdom and you get A LOT of candy! Everyone is given a bag when entering the party, although you can bring your own if you would like more candy. The locations for the candy are marked with a big jack o lantern. They are also shown on the map for the event. A bit of advice on trick or treating - do it near the end of your night! Who wants to carry heavy bags with candy all night? Plus, cast members tend to be a little more giving near the end of the night, putting handfuls of candy in your bag!

Locations for trick or treating in 2017:

Tomorrowland

  • Stitch's Great Escape

  • Carousel of Progress

  • Space Mountain

  • Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe

Adventureland

  • Jungle Cruise

  • Enchanted Tiki Room

  • Pirates of the Caribbean

Liberty Square

  • Liberty Square Riverboat

Fantasyland:

If you have a food allergy, make sure you go to guest services and trade your bag for a teal bag to signal to the cast members that you have an allergy. When you show up at the trick or treat stations you receive teal tokens that can be redeemed for allergy friendly treats.
