The Lucasfilm portion of the proceedings finished with the announcement of Indiana Jones 5! The film’s director, James Mangold, shared details and first-look footage from the upcoming fifth installment of the popular Indiana Jones franchise. And then, the film’s stars, Harrison Ford and Phoebe Waller-Bridge were welcomed on stage!
“Thank you for making these films such an incredible experience for all of us,” said an emotional Ford. “I’m very proud to say that this one is fantastic, and [Waller-Bridge] is one of the reasons.”
The movie opens in theaters June 30, 2023.
