Walt Disney World has just announced that the nighttime spectacular Happily Ever After will have its final showing on September 29! A new nighttime show, Disney Enchantment, will begin on October 1.
Following the announcement that Disney Enchantment would be debuting at Magic Kingdom for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort, most Disney fans assumed that our beloved Happily Ever After would return after the 18-month celebration. Unfortunately, Disney has confirmed that Happily Ever After will have their grand finale on September 29, 2021.
The new nighttime spectacular, “Disney Enchantment,” will begin on October 1 at Magic Kingdom Park to kick off “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” The evening extravaganza will take you on a journey and inspire everyone to believe in magic. The nighttime show “Disney Enchantment” will feature music, enhanced lighting, stunning fireworks and, for the first time, immersive projection effects that extend from Cinderella Castle down Main Street, U.S.A.
