Disney just released an update to the dining locations at Epcot including a note about Garden Grill offering a modified character dining experience! Previously, Topolino's Terrace at Disney's Riviera Resort was scheduled to be the only dining location that will include characters during the initial phase of reopening.
So what is modified character dining? From what was experienced at Topolino's Terrace when the resorts reopened, it's basically the characters at a distance as they parade through the restaurant and they will stop and pose for some photos. The characters will not visit individual tables as usual and will not take photos with guests within 6 feet.
Eligible guests can make dining reservations online starting today!
