First Look: Disney’s New Cruise Ships

Disney has the most beautiful ships at sea, and the new three new cruise ships will setting sail in 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be no exception. The rendering above was revealed today by Disney Chairman and CEO Bob Iger at The Walt Disney Company’s annual shareholders meeting. As you can see, the rendering shows the same color scheme, black, white and red, and the iconic Mickey logo. The three new ships will offer more innovation and spectacular entertainment and more Disney stories and characters than ever before. Each new ship will be weigh approximately 140,000 gross tons, which is a little larger than the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, and despite their large size, each vessel will be powered by LNG, one of the cleanest-burning fuels available. Although larger than the existing Disney vessels, each of the new vessels is currently planned to include the same amount of staterooms as the other Disney Cruise ships, 1,250 guest staterooms.
