Disney’s Animal Kingdom will celebrate its 20th anniversary this year and to get a behind the scenes look you can experience the 'A Path Less Traveled' offered April 1-May 5.
The 'A Path Less Traveled' experience includes:
Caring for Giants - an experience that brings you close to the African elephant herd where you will learn how Disney cares for these giants in the park and how Disney helps support their survival in the wild.
Backstage tours of the Vet Hospital and Animal Nutrition Center and see where meals are prepared for more than 1,500 animals at Animal Kingdom.
Birdhouse nest checks as part of ongoing purple martin conservation work.
VIP seating for Rivers of Light
An afternoon snack and beverage option.
The cost for the experience is $59 plus tax per person, and all guests must be at least 4 years old. To book the tour in advance, call 407-WDW-PLAY (407-939-7529). Guests then check in at the Curiosity Animal Tours kiosk near the entrance to Kilimanjaro Safaris.
