Walt Disney World has just announced that Extra Magic Hours will not be returning. The Extra Magic Hours will be replaced with Early Theme Park Entry. Disney Resort hotel guests and guests of other select hotels will be able to enjoy more fun with 30-minute early entry to ANY theme park, EVERY day!
This new option will be available later this year as part of the 50th anniversary celebration. The new early theme park entry benefit will help Walt Disney World spread visitation across all four theme parks while also providing additional flexibility to choose the theme park to experience the early park opening.
Please note that guests need valid admission and a park reservation made via the Disney Park Pass system to enter a theme park.
