Beginning July 16, 2020 Disney’s Magical Express service will not be providing luggage delivery service for those arriving to and departing from the airport. Guests who still want to use Disney's Magical Express Service will be responsible for their own checked luggage which requires you to pick it up from the airport's baggage claim area.
The luggage will then be loaded onto the bus to the guest's Disney Resort hotel. Your luggage will travel with you to your Disney Resort hotel. Luggage assistance will still be available at the front of your Disney Resort, including luggage storage and transportation to your room.
Upon your departure, take your luggage with you and make sure it is loaded onto the bust, so you can check it in with your airline once you reach the airport. The resort airline check-in service will not be offered at this time.
