Disney Parks Blog has finally confirmed that the rumors that Disney was going to change the name for the Hollywood Studios theme park are not true. Jennifer Fickley-Baker, Editorial Content Manager, Walt Disney World Resort stated, "In response to questions we have been receiving, we also want to let fans know that the Disney’s Hollywood Studios name will remain the same for the foreseeable future since we are immersing our guests in a place where imagined worlds of Hollywood unfold around them from movies and music, to television and theater."
In recent days, rumors have been swirling that Disney was going to change the name of the Hollywood Studios theme park to "Cinemagine Park," based on a survey that was sent to a select group to rank different name choices for the park. The different names included: • Disney Beyond Park • Disney Cinemagic Park • Disney Cinemagine Park • Disney Hyperia Park • Disney Kaleidoscope Park • Disney Legends Park • Disney Storyverse Park • Disney XL Park
