Disney Changes Their Face Coverings Policy to No Longer Require Masks in Outdoor Common Areas

In response to the recent revisions to the CDC mask guidelines, Disney has updated their face coverings policy to not require masks in outdoor common areas.

The new revision to the policy states:

Face coverings are optional in outdoor common areas at Walt Disney World Resort, but are still required upon entering and throughout all attractions, theaters and transportation.

Disney also provided an informational graphic to help distinguish when face coverings are mandatory.

Universal Theme Parks has recently implemented a similar policy regarding the use of masks in outdoor areas.
