As we reported last week Walt Disney World was only allowing new reservations beginning July 1 and now Walt Disney World Travel Company has started cancelling reservations for the first week of June.
Guests who had travel dates during the first week of June have started to receive emails that their upcoming travel dates are impacted by these closures and the guests have the option to modify or cancel their hotel reservation or travel package up the the original check-in date. If no action is taken, Disney will process any refund due to the original form of payment. If you did not book through Disney originally you must contact your Travel Professional.
Disney has been cancelling reservations a week at a time so we do not currently know about the rest of June at this time but as soon as we hear something we will provide an update.
