Disney's Contemporary Resort's guest rooms will begin to be refurbished in April 2021 according to the Walt Disney World website. While some Main Tower rooms will be unavailable during the refurbishment, most resort areas and amenities will still be available for Guests to enjoy.
Disney's Contemporary resort is the ultra-modern hotel that includes the iconic A-frame Contemporary tower. You can also walk to Magic Kingdom main gate or catch the Resort Monorail as it breezes through the tower.
There's no mention on when the refurbishment will be completed.
