Asian Street Eats by Chef Hung Huynh (winner of Top Chef Season 3) just opened in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort! You can find the dining option, a new concept from Earl Enterprises (Earl of Sandwich & Chicken Guy), on the west end of the Downtown Disney District.
On the menu is a variety of Asian dishes including a delicious favorite - the mixed bowl with your choice of either grilled chicken, braised beef short rib, or sautéed tofu. You can customize your bowl with either royal purple rice or mixed greens and then topped with fire-roasted corn, cabbage, cucumbers, pickled carrots, caramelized onions, and your choice of sauce.
Another popular option is the Scallion Pancake Wrap. It comes with cabbage, caramelized onions, pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, hoisin sauce, and Sriracha aïoli and your choice of the meats stuffed inside. Sauces include miso honey, teriyaki, spicy teriyaki, Sriracha aïoli, sesame citrus soy, and spicy avocado.
Also on the menu are pot stickers (either chicken or vegetable) served with ginger soy sauce, Japanese teas and sodas. For kids, you can get a smaller serving of the entrees listed above.
Celebrate the Lunar New Year with some delicious food from the newest dining option at Downtown Disney!
