Disney's Online Check-In is a simple and convenient option to start the resort registration process prior to your arrival in the comfort of your own home. The online check-in process provides Disney, prior to your arrival, all the information that is normally collected at hotel registration. Once you arrive to the resort, you will go to the specially assigned Online Check-In desk and you will receive all of your information in a folder. This complimentary resort perk can be started 60 days prior to your arrival and is available for any resort guest and will save you valuable time that you could be using to spend in the parks!

No. All rooms and campsites are available at the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas, 1:00 PM for The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and 3:00 PM for the other Disney Resort hotels. You can ask for an early check-in request and Disney will try to accomodate.

Unfortunately, your room assignment is not provided when you use Online Check-In. It will not be provided until you arrive at the resort and check-in at the special Online Check-In desk.

You can begin the process 60 days prior to your arrival. To begin, login to your My Disney Experience account. Scroll down to view "My Itinerary" or "My Reservations & Tickets" The online check-in should be available to click under reservation number Once you begin the process it will ask for: Room Notifications - enter your contact information here. This will allow Disney to notify you by text message or email that your room is ready. If you already have your Magic Bands and receive this text or email you can head straight to your room! Account Charges - you must accept room charges and enter a payment method for incidentals. This also allows you to use your Magic Band for any charges on Disney property Resort Arrival - choose your arrival time. Disney may be able to accomodate you if you arrive earlier than check-in time Room Location Requests - you can choose the location you would like your room to be located in. Although Disney does not guarantee that your requests will be met you do have the option to specify your requests. Pin - This is where you assign your pin number to your Magic Band. This works just as a bank pin and when you make a charge with your Magic Band you will have to enter your pin to verify your identity. Address - verify your address Terms & Conditions - agree to the terms and conditions. Click Save You're done and ready to arrive!
