On June 19, 2018 the Walt Disney World Travel Company packages for 2019 will be available for booking. The dates that will be able to be booked include arrivals January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2019. Keep in mind that you can only book 499 days in advance.
Why should I go to Disney World in 2019? Walt Disney World is going through a very large overhaul and will include some big ticket attractions in 2019 including Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge where you will have the chance to fly the Millennium Falcon and become part of a climactic battle between the First Order and the Resistance!
Also slated to open in 2019 at the Walt Disney World resort is Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, where you’ll step through the movie screen and join Mickey and his friends inside the wacky world of a Mickey Mouse Cartoon Short where you’re the star! This 2 1/2D (No glasses required) attraction will bring you on an out-of-control adventure featuring twists and turns, amazing visual effects and out-of-this-world transformations. The attraction will be housed in what was previously known as the Chinese Theater at Hollywood Studios.
Also coming to Walt Disney World in 2019 is the Skyliner, a gondola transportation system, and the NBA Experience, a state-of-the-art space will include interactive games and competitions, fun experiences, a retail store and a themed restaurant at Disney Springs.
