Who doesn't love cheese? Well you if you want to master the “wheys” of the cheese world you should take part in the new wine and cheese pairing seminars available at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
During each 90-minute seminar, a distinguished fromager (cheese expert) will explain the aromas, textures and flavor levels of popular cheeses—from Asiago to Zamorano. Attendees can sample artisanal selections paired with complementary wines or craft beers while learning about the distinct nature of each featured region.
