Here's some good news for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders who are attending the 2018 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival taking place August 30 through November 12, 2018! Annual Passholders can pick up complimentary festival gifts, take part in the New "Thank You Thursdays", enjoy dedicated Eat to the Beat Concert Series seating, and receive a discount on Passholder-exclusive merchandise.
Festival Gifts
Annual Passholders can take home Chef Mickey-inspired gifts on your first and fourth visits to the Festival in 2018.
First Visit - receive a complimentary Passholder magnet to add to your collection.
Fourth visit - take home a complimentary, Passholder-exclusive cutting board.
To redeem this offer and pick up your complimentary gifts, please visit the theatre across from The Chocolate Experience: From Bean to the Bar, hosted by Ghirardelli® Chocolate Company—located in the Festival Center.
Important Details:
Disney is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged magnets and cutting boards.
One magnet and one cutting board per Passholder.
Available while supplies last.
Must visit designated pickup location at the Festival Center to receive the magnet and cutting board.
Must show your valid annual pass card and photo ID to receive the magnet and cutting board.
Passholder visits will be tracked upon park entry, so you only need to visit the Festival Center's distribution location to redeem your gifts or check your number of visits.

Passholders can attend the new early-access shopping events at Epcot on select Thursdays during the Festival. At these V.I.PASSHOLDER events, you can:
Enjoy early access to Epcot from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and be the first to purchase the newest releases of Passholder-exclusive merchandise at The Festival Center and at Mouse Gear
Purchase mimosas from the Festival Center to enjoy during the event

Passholder Concert Seating
During the month of September, Annual Passholders can enjoy dedicated Passholder seating at select Eat to the Beat Concert Series performances. From September 1 through September 30, 2018, Passholders can pick up a wristband at the America Gardens Theatre for dedicated seating at a same-day concert performance.
Important Information
You must present a valid Passholder ID and government-issued photo ID at time of wristband pick up.
Wristbands are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be distributed up to one hour prior to the performance or until they have all been distributed for the day.
Wristbands will be redeemed in the Passholder designated line at the America Gardens Theatre prior to the showtime.
Please be prepared to arrive to your designated show at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled performance.
Festival Merchandise
The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will have Passholder-exclusive merchandised you can use your 20% Passholder discount.
Passholder-exclusive merchandise will include festival favorites like apparel, pins, a Dooney and Bourke handbag, and a festival-themed pitcher and matching glasses.
New for 2018, Passholder-exclusive themed merchandise will be released throughout the Festival, so mark your calendar for the following release dates:
Thursday, August 30 - Figment t-shirt and cinch sack, a beverage pitcher and 2 glasses featuring Figment and Minnie Mouse
Thursday, September 20 - Goofy raglan tee, a ladies fashion tee and 2 glasses featuring Mickey Mouse and a fun Festival tagline
Thursday, October 18 - Remy hoodie and Remy Tervis® drinkware
