Overview:

A safari adventure awaits you while in the comfort of a deluxe villa.  The Animal Kingdom Villas are separated into two different areas: Jambo House which is located in the Animal Kingdom Lodge and Kidani Village which strictly DVC villas and is located in a separate building and has their own parking, restaurant and pool.  Each location features savannas filled with exotic wildlife, including zebras, gazelles, and giraffes, that you can see from your savanna-view room.  Although it may seem like you stepped into safari, you still have the high class amenities of a deluxe resort including signature dining, luxurious spa, & beautiful rooms.     â€‹

Rooms:

The standard villas at the Animal Kingdom Villas include Value, Standard, Savannah, and Concierge and are roughly 315 - 365 s.f.   There are also Studio, One Bedroom Villas, Two Bedroom Villas and Grand Villas which are much larger and can accommodate 4 - 12 people depending on the villa size.

Pools:

  • Uzima Springs Pool - 11,000 s.f. tropical oasis facing a savanna

  • Samawati Springs Pool - zero entry pool includes a water playground, 128 ft. waterslide, & a lounge and bar

Need to Know: 

  • Animal Kingdom Villas has some of the best unique dining on resort property including Jiko, Boma, Mara, & Sanaa

  • Sunset Safari is exclusively available to guest only

  • No balloons allowed for the animal's safety

  • There is no route to walk to Animal Kingdom Theme Park

Overview:

A short walk or monorail ride brings you straight to the Magic Kingdom!  The monorail actually goes through the middle of the Contemporary resort which is connected to Bay Lake Tower by the Sky Way Bridge! Bay Lake Tower has around 300 rooms and overlooks a courtyard, Bay Lake, or Cinderella Castle!

Rooms:

Room types include Studios, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom Villas.  The one, two, and three-bedroom villas have in room laundry, kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and can accommodate 5 - 12 people depending on the room type.

Pools:

  • Feature Pool - heated, 17 foot high waterslide, water playground, ability to rent a poolside cabana

  • Bay Pool - quite pool for all ages located on Bay Lake

  • Bay Cove Pool - 20 foot high waterslide, water playground, poolside bar

  • Top  of the World Lounge - one of Disney World's most exclusive spaces.  Savor light bites and beverages as you overlook Magic Kingdom.  Must sign-in and have your DVC membership/guest ID confirmed.

Overview:

A New England-styled resort brings you to the beaches of Nantucket, well in this case the best pool on Disney property - Stormalong Bay! The 205-unit Beach Club Villas, which borders Crescent Lake, is a short walk to Epcot and a short boat ride to Hollywood Studios.  The resort is connected to the Yacht Club and has easy access to the Boardwalk amenities & entertainment.

Rooms:

The rooms located at the Beach Club Villas include studios, one and two-bedroom villas with either a garden or pool view.  The studios have a small kitchenette and the one and two-bedroom villas have a full kitchen, laundry in-room, multiple bathrooms and a private balcony/porch.

Pools:

  • Stormalong Bay - a beachside waterpark that is 3 acres of entertainment.  Includes a shipwreck replica with a 230 foot waterslide, a lazy river, 3 spas, children's play area and the best part - a sand-bottomed pool!

Boardwalk Villas are modeled after a turn of the century Atlantic City resort.  The Boardwalk Villas are much more than just a resort as it has an entire boardwalk full of entertainment, food, and nightlife.  Located within walking distance to Epcot & Hollywood Studios, the Boardwalk Inn provides luxury and entertainment for all ages!

The Villas at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are the most lavish and stately appointed villas on Disney property.  The sophisticated resort has a Victorian elegance theme throughout including a live orchestra, world class spa, and exquisite dining.  The resort spans 40 acres and along Seven Seas Lagoon and has 147 units.  The resort is home to Victoria & Albert's, Disney's award winning restaurant and Senses Spa which has multiple day spa treatments available.  The Grand Floridian is just a monorail or boat ride to Magic Kingdom and surrounding resorts including the Polynesian and Contemporary.

Overview:

A paradise with palm trees & tranquil waters awaits you at the romantic Floridia Key themed resort.  The resort is made up of two-three story buildings that surround a golf course.  The pastel colored resorts is conveniently located near Disney Springs.

The units at Old Key West are some of the largest available on property.

Overview:

A South Pacific island paradise with palm trees, white beaches, and tiki torches awaits you at the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.  The Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sit next to the Seven Seas Lagoon and the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  The Villas features deluxe studios to over-the water bungalows, all within a  monorail or boat ride to Magic Kingdom and surrounding resorts.  Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is also home to the interactive lounge, Trader Sam's Grog Grotto and the Spirit of Aloha Dinner luau show.

Inspired by Saratoga Springs, an upstate New York retreat famous for horse racing and spas, the Saratoga Springs Resort is situated between golf courses and the tranquil Village Lake.  â€‹The 12 Victorian buildings are located directly across from Disney Springs and is surrounded on the other three sides by golf courses.

Overview:

The Boulder Ridge Villas are inspired by the American West and includes 136 units in a freestanding building to the right of the Wilderness Lodge.  Copper Creek includes deluxe studios within the Wilderness Lodge and 26 waterfront cabins on the shoreline of Bay Lake with private porches.  Both DVC locations are considered Magic Kingdom resorts as the theme park is just a short boat or bus ride away.  The lodge features a 120 foot geyser that erupts on the hour, every hour from 7 am to 10 pm.

  • You cannot walk from this resort to Magic Kingdom

  • Salon by the Springs provides the ultimate day of pampering
