Two Reimagined Dining Locations Coming to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Disney has released new details about the two reimagined dining locations coming to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. The reimagining of Old Port Royale will be completed within the next few months and will replace the former Shutters table-service restaurant with Sebastian’s Bistro!

Sebastian's Bistro will be located along Old Port Royale waterfront featuring beautiful views and and a menu that combines Latin and Caribbean flavors from fresh ingredients.

A blue shiplap marquee with everyone's favorite crustacean, Sebastian from the Little Mermaid, will greet you when you arrive at the casual, family-friendly restaurant. The inside of the restaurant will be designed after a tropical beachfront home including coral patterns and nautical designs.

The resort’s quick-service dining location, Centertown Market, will be expanded to create an indoor street market vibe. The market will feature open shutters, wooden light posts, unique seating areas and a large palapa-like structure, accented with colorful light pendants made from glass bottles.

Opening dates and menus should be released soon!
